Fr. Paul Pudussery has
been hard at work at school at St. Edward's
University. He is working on a master's degree on human
management. A fair amount of his work has been watching movies on
video in order to see how different cultural aspects of race, class, and
ethnicity have affected Texas and U.S. life. It is a much easier way
than reading all those books!!!
Fr. Jim Denn has come to fill in at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in New Orleans. Fr. Dick Nowery has gone home to take care of his mother. We are all grateful for Jim's generous offer, and we will all keep Dick and his mother in our prayers. She is 87 years old and is rather ill.
