The three temporarily professed seminarians in Monterrey, Nuevo (Carlos, Elvart, and Margarito) renewed their vows on Sunday, January 4, the Feast of the Epiphany, at the 8:00 p.m. Youth Mass at La Luz.  Fr. Tom Zurcher, CSC presided and received the vows.  Deacon Aaron Michka, CSC preached. 

Also at the Mass Rosalinda Sanchez, in charge of pastoral social at the parish, received the "In the Spirit of Holy Cross Award."

After the Mass, Father Pete Logsdon, CSC, the pastor, invited everyone to have Rosca de Reyes and hot chocolate after the Mass, to the music of the mariachis.  A good time was had by all!! 

News has not yet reached the editor of TexLaMex as to who got the little baby Jesus in the cake and will have to put on the party next year.
