Valentine's Dinner and Dance at Little Flower
Apparently spaghetti is the food of lovers since they had lots of pasta at Little Flower Parish. People made many different sauces to go with the spaghetti. Even Fr. José Martelli, C.S.C. made a special sauce. (I don't know how I missed taking a picture of it.) But there were at least a dozen sauces.
The Youth Group put on the dinner-dance. The proceeds are for the mission trip to Ecuador in June 2010. Various youth also offered themselves to work at various services, with the "pay" going for the expenses of the group going to Ecuador.

| John Korcsmar did a training in Spanish on individual meetings at St. Adalbert's on Valentine's Day. Here some of the participants are doing individual meetings. | John said the 11:30 am Mass in English. After Mass there was a breakfast in the parish hall: gorditas and tacos. Ever the informative priest, John made sure to announce this at the English Mass. Of course, he had to explain why he was so sure that there would be lots of gorditas in the kitchen. They still gave him breakfast anyways. |
